Description
How did space-time-matter and life start? Did they materialise by themselves, or is there a Creator? Can science tell us? Is science inexorably for evolution, as atheists aver, or for the Bible, which opens with physical time starting as the heavens and Earth materialise? The six-day creation unfolds logically to yield an inhabited Earth in an amazing Universe, which the “Big Bang” cosmology does not and cannot do. Evolution also requires space, time, and matter to first materialise from absolutely nothing. The matter-energy then expands over time and through space to become countless orderly galaxies of numberless stars. Molecules randomly take on complex reproductive forms, evolving into Earth’s taxonomy of living organisms. None of this is proven or logically provable, regardless of deep time. Evolutionists also cannot explain gender, consciousness, and the human conscience. Why then are many today blindsided into believing that nothing became everything, i.e., the Universe created itself ex nihilo?
Science requires all elements of proof to be taken into consideration. This treatise eclectically examines the conflated evolutionist paradigm claims in terms of Natural Selection, Genetics and DNA, Abiogenesis, the Fossil and Geologic Records, Radiometric and Radiocarbon Dating, the Big Bang Cosmology, the Six-Day Creation, Secular History, Bible Chronology, Human Population, and Fulfilled Bible Prophecies. All the evidence consistently shows that the timeliness of God’s Word is for all peoples, nations, and times.

Seng Hoo Lim has been involved in applied science since 1986 as co-founder and CEO of the Cairnhill Metrology Group. A Chartered Accountant, he holds a B.Acc (Hons), 1980, University of Singapore, and an MBA (Deans List), 1997, Nanyang Technological University.
At six, he was moved by the first Commandment, “Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength” (Mark 12:30), and at ten by John 1:29, “Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.” Seng Hoo experienced the new birth in 1977 and re-dedicated himself to the Lord in 1979.
Once Asia’s second-highest FIDE-rated chess player, in his last outing, he won a blitz competition with 14/15 points during the 1978 Karpov-Korchnoi World Championship in Baguio, qualifying to play in the 1979 Munich International Tournament. Instead, he retired from competitive chess, explaining, in a 2 April 1979 Business Times article, The Misplaced Agony, “The Scriptures record Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane: ‘Being in agony, He prayed more fervently. Then His sweat became like great drops of blood falling to the ground.’ (Lk 22:44). Chess is a gift, but God’s greatest gift to us is His only begotten Son so that whosoever believes in Him shall have everlasting life. Saving souls is Christ’s agony and should be ours.”
Seng Hoo co-teaches a Men’s Sunday School class at Life Bible-Presbyterian Church in Singapore. He and his wife, Robin, have five children.
