Description
In Dangerous Faith, the idea of knowing God and spreading His matchless good news is challenged on the anvil of action: Will we simply talk about matters of compassion and justice on behalf of the world’s marginalized people, or will we unite and become part of the Christ-hope and relief that changes the world one life at a time?\Joel Vestal, founder of ServLife International, writes about a faith so dangerous, it took him to the far reaches of civilization and beyond. In travels to more than seventy nations, Joel works to create disciples who will continue to spread the gospel, at the same time working to improve living conditions for some of the world’s least developed countries. He walked and prayed with Mother Teresa, began reconstruction after the devastating tsunami hit near his home in Thailand, and was interrogated by secret police in Cuba. Through each of his experiences, he embodies how one person can make an impact for Jesus Christ.\\Joel Vestal
